Wedding Flowers - Terms

When you book a wedding with me I take a £100 deposit. This saves the date and if for any reason you cancel your wedding this deposit is non refundable. The £100 is deducted from the final balance which is due in full 4 weeks before the wedding. Payment of a deposit is acknowledgement of t's & c's. I have the right to terminate a contract if dispute can not be resolved.

Availability of Flowers

I can not guarantee specific stems but assure you that I'll do my upmost to keep within the brief and use them if they are available. At times it is necessary to substitute blooms and I will work closely with the wish list, colour scheme or theme that we discussed as inspiration. 

Any photographs shared are used as inspiration as it is impossible to produce an identical design from another person. Specific colour of flowers are not possible to guarantee so please bear in mind that some flowers described as blue may look slightly lilac/purple in real life. Many things will effect a persons perception of colour but I always look to work with colour in tones. Products supplied may vary slightly in appearance from those depicted in photographs. 

Hired items

I do not take a deposit for this service but I trust that all items will be returned as they were hired and any missing, damaged or stolen items will be charged for at the current retail price. This will be the sole responsibility of the hirer even if they have a dispute with a 3rd party. The Money should be paid within 14 days.

Equipment hired is the sole property of Bloom In Scents - Northampton.

Photographs

I reserve the right to take photographs of all my work and may use them for promotional purposes such as on social media. Any personal details from the customer will never be shared. If a customer shares photographs with me I will use them to show other clients examples of my work unless specifically instructed not to. Any concerns should be shared with me directly.

Delivery of Flowers

Gifts that are delivered to a persons home will be left with a neighbour if no one is available to receive the delivery, unless other directions are given specifically from the customer. A card will be left to make the recipient aware of where to collect their flowers. Once delivery is made I can not accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, the wrong address was given or the actual receiver refuses or fails to hand items to the recipient.

Care of Flowers

Because of the pershibable nature of flowers, a care card will be delivered with all orders detailing how to care for flowers. Please take care to read and follow the instructions. Please note that some flowers are poisonous to digest. 

Wedding and funeral flowers are designed to look their best for the day of the event. I can not guarantee that flowers will last significantly past the event.
