Flower Delivery Terms and Conditions

Wedding Flowers - Terms

When you book a wedding flowers service with me, a £100 deposit is required to save the date. This deposit is non-refundable should you need to cancel your wedding. The £100 will be deducted from the final balance, which is due in full four weeks before the wedding. Payment of the deposit signifies acknowledgment of the wedding flowers terms and conditions. I reserve the right to terminate the contract if any disputes cannot be resolved.

Availability of Flowers

While I cannot guarantee specific stems for your wedding flowers, I assure you that I will make every effort to work within the brief and use them if available. Substitutions may be necessary at times, but I will closely adhere to the wish list, color scheme, or theme we discussed as inspiration.

Any photographs shared serve purely as inspiration, as replicating an identical design from another customer is not feasible. Please note that specific colors of flowers cannot be guaranteed; some blooms described as blue may appear slightly lilac or purple in real life due to various factors affecting color perception. I always strive to work with color in complementary tones, understanding that products supplied may vary slightly in appearance from those depicted in photographs.

Hired Items

For the hired items service, I do not require a deposit. However, I trust that all items will be returned in their original condition. Any missing, damaged, or stolen items will be charged at the current retail price, and this responsibility falls solely on the hirer, even in cases of dispute with a third party. Payment for such items should be made within 14 days.

Equipment hired is the sole property of Bloom In Scents - Northampton.

Photographs

I reserve the right to take photographs of all my work and may use them for promotional purposes, including on social media. Your personal details will remain confidential. If you share photographs with me, I will use them to showcase examples of my work to potential clients unless instructed otherwise. Please address any concerns directly with me.

Delivery Policy

For flower deliveries to a person's home, if no one is available to receive them, gifts will be left with a neighbor unless specific directions are provided by the customer. A card will be left to inform the recipient where they can collect their flowers. After the delivery is made, I cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, if the wrong address was provided, or if the actual receiver refuses or fails to deliver the items to the recipient.

Flower Care Instructions

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, a care card with flower care instructions will be included with all orders, detailing how to properly care for your flowers. Please read and follow these instructions carefully. It is also essential to note that some flowers can be toxic if ingested.

Wedding and funeral flowers are designed to look their best for the day of the event. However, I cannot guarantee that flowers will last significantly beyond the occasion.
